Service Manager
Our client is an industry leader specializing in construction and industrial equipment rentals. They provide rental equipment/services for projects and applications to commercial, residential, construction, industrial and manufacturing plants, as well as entertainment services. They are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their dedicated team.
Working out of the Sarnia, Ontario branch and maintaining a larger geographic area, the successful candidate will meet the demands of the rental department by ensuring all equipment is "rent ready" and exceeds customer expectations. The ideal candidate will liaise between the Service and Sales departments ensuring that maintenance and repairs are done on schedule. You will maintain existing service relationships as well as seek out new sources of service revenue.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure safety compliance as per company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is up to local, provincial and federal standards.
- Track service calls and ensure work orders are opened and closed in a timely manner.
- Be available for "on call" work.

The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced union environment as well as strong administrative and computer capabilities. If you are a self-starter and are a Red Seal mechanic this is the opportunity for you.
